Tournament Eligibility and Entry Information
Eligibility and entry instructions for the 2009
Delta Men’s Golf Open
- Open to any male (Active or Retired) Delta,
ASA, COMAIR, Delta Technology, DGS, Delta Credit Union member, Northwest
or subsidiaries, (Mesaba and Pinnacle) and Worldspan Employees. Include your employee #, department and
station. Entry fee $25.00 per person.
- Open to male family members, i.e., sons,
brothers, brothers-in-law, male spouses and fathers (all must be
18 or older) of Delta employees, retired, active or former. The
fee is $25 to enter, and the resort package cost.
- Male Vendors/Suppliers-Include player’s
name and company name. Entry fee is $300 per person. Please be
sure to include a mailing address and/or an email address on
your entry form.
Remember…….deadline for entering is
August 15, 2009!!
Also, the committee needs your email address,
and/or home address, in order for us to be able to contact you in
the event you should win a plaque at the tournament. There is a
place on the entry form for this.
